Our Winter 2002 Technical Session was held at AirCare.
Presently, we do not have a report from that session, but hope to have something to present in the future.
AirCare was a mandatory vehicle emissions testing program in Metro Vancouver that ran from 1992 to December 31, 2014, aimed at reducing smog and pollutants from light-duty cars and trucks. It required vehicles to pass an inspection to be insured, with failure rates dropping from 14% to under 8% over its 22-year lifespan.
